С 27 октября МФЦ принимает по предварительной записи без QR-кодов.Исключение сделано для граждан, желающих оформить транспортную карту нового образца или зарегистрироваться на портале Госуслуг, а также зарегистрировать недвижимость, приобретённую с использованием ипотеки.
