От виртуальности – к реальной жизни!

«Путешествие на остров ЗОЖ» организовали для детей в возрасте 10 лет специалисты центра социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку. В форме развлекательного мероприятия шел разговор о серьезных вещах, например о том, что можно противопоставить виртуальному миру, который все больше затягивает детей в свои сети.

Специалисты считают, что избежать интернет-зависимости у детей младшего школьного возраста можно, если попытаться  вернуть им радость от реального общения со сверстниками, интерес к творчеству и спорту, познанию окружающего мира не с экранов монитора, а при непосредственном  изучении   природы и окружающих нас вещей и явлений. Для того чтобы школьники начали творить свою реальность, основанную  на личных впечатлениях и ощущениях, организаторы мероприятия подарили им альбомы для рисунков.

Дети  получили также очень важную для них информацию о здоровом образе жизни, который включает в себя правильное питание,  соблюдение режима дня, занятие спортом, игры на свежем воздухе, о вредных  и  полезных продуктах и их воздействии на организм человека. Особый интерес вызвало у школьников участие в викторине, вопросы которой были посвящены спорту и здоровому образу жизни. Полезной для ребят стала информация об имеющихся в Липецке бассейнах и спортивных секциях и условиях их посещения.
