«ЗАБОТА» СНОВА В ПУТИ…

Социальный поезд «Забота» центра социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку вновь отправляется в путь по отдаленным уголкам города Липецка: с. Сселки, п. Матырский, п. Сырский Рудник, п. Дачный, район Тракторного завода. Первый «десант» специалистов по мерам социальной поддержки семей с детьми будет оказывать  помощь гражданам города 18 января 2018 года.

Поезд «Забота» будет курсировать ежемесячно в течение года и совершит  остановки в 60-ти пунктах назначения. Все остановки будут осуществляться в помещениях магазинов «Пятерочка» с 9.00 до 15.00 часов, где горожане смогут совместить поход в магазин с получением полезной информации.

В 2017 году в рамках акции социальный поезд «Забота» специалистами учреждения осуществлены 36 выездных приемов. В ходе акции получили квалифицированную помощь 127 граждан. Вопросами предоставления мер социальной поддержки интересовались 99 жителей города, а возможностью получения социальных услуг на дому 22. Из общего числа обращений 6 граждан обратись по вопросам, не входящим в компетенцию учреждения, но и в этом случае они получили информацию о необходимости обращения в органы, которые наделены полномочиями решения данных вопросов.
