Профилактика зимнего травматизма

Традиционный медицинский лекторий открылся в Доме ветеранов ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку». Первое заседание было посвящено, возможно, самой актуальной в зимний период теме: профилактике травматизма.  В гостях у ветеранов побывал заведующий хирургическим отделением ГУЗ «Липецкая городская поликлиника №1» врач-ортопед высшей категории Евгений   Бухтияров. 

Опытный специалист-практик рассказал слушателям о существующих видах травм, которые по численности находятся в структуре заболеваний на третьем месте. Зимний травматизм чреват переломами лучевых костей рук, лодыжек в голеностопном суставе и самым опасным для старшего поколения переломом шейки бедра. Евгений Евгеньевич ответил на все вопросы, интересовавшие слушателей, дал индивидуальные консультации, посоветовал в случае необходимости  использовать для передвижения две трости, а не одну и одобрил занятия скандинавской ходьбой со специальными «палками». Пенсионеры получили информацию от специалиста о том, что необходимо предпринять сразу же после травмы и как нельзя лечить ушибы, вывихи и растяжения

Так как следующее занятие в медицинском лектории проведет врач-кардиолог, специалист областного центра медицинской профилактики Лариса Полякова, присутствовавшая на лекции, провела анкетирование пенсионеров на тему «Распространенность факторов риска развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний населения Липецкой области».
