Секрет долгожительства от самой старшей липчанки

Специалисты Левобережного отдела социального обслуживания населения ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку» организовали встречу  студентов Липецкого медицинского колледжа с обслуживаемой на дому долгожительницей, ветераном Великой Отечественной войны Надеждой Дмитриевной Бубновой.

Уникальность этой встречи заключалась в том, что Надежда Дмитриевна имеет за плечами солидный возраст – 105 лет и при этом обладает хорошей памятью, любит общаться и рассказывать молодежи о тех событиях, которые для многих уже стали историей.

Хозяйка встречала гостей у себя дома. Студенты за чашкой чая расспрашивали женщину, прожившую больше века, о ее детстве, молодости, о жизни во время войны.

Надежда Дмитриевна  родилась в старинном русском городе Мышкин Ярославской губернии в сентябре 1912 года. Окончила 9 классов. Семья переехала в Тверь. Там ей предложили поучительствовать в деревенской школе. Надежда закончила специальные курсы и поступила в педагогический институт. Вышла замуж. С мужем, кадровым офицером, довелось жить в Германии, в Краснодаре, затем супруги переехали в Липецк, где прожили вместе более полувека.

В свои 105 лет Надежда Дмитриевна по мере сил старается быть активной: сама готовит себе еду, моет посуду, стирает. Главный ее секрет долгожительства - соблюдать чувство меры во всем.
