Под таким девизом накануне Дня Победы группа компаний «Здоровье Нации», Общероссийский социально-просветительский проект «Академия памяти Мемини» и Дом ветеранов ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку» провели бесплатное мероприятие для постоянных посетителей, участников физкультурных групп и коллективов художественной самодеятельности, всех граждан преклонного возраста и ветеранов.

Липчане, заинтересованные в продлении активных лет своей жизни, послушали лекцию о первых признаках деменции и болезни Альцгеймера, узнали, как сохранить ясный ум и твердую память. Под руководством опытного инструктора пожилые люди приняли участие в занятии по оздоровительной фитнесс-программе «Здоровье 50+».

Волонтеры медицинского колледжа провели тестирование когнитивных функций бабушек и дедушек на наличие симптомов забывчивости, рассеянности и прочих нарушений памяти, внимания, мышления; измерили рост, вес, артериальное давление.

Медики скорой помощи «Липецк-Неотложка» исследовали у пенсионеров кровь на сахар и сделали  кардиограмму сердца. На основании предварительных обследований все желающие были  проконсультированы и получили заключение врачей невролога и кардиолога.
