Возрастной ценз для получения социальных выплат не меняется

Увеличение возраста, необходимого для назначения пенсии по старости, не повлияет на предоставление мер социальной поддержки ветеранам труда, ветеранам военной службы, достигшим возраста 60 лет для мужчин и 55 лет для женщин. За ними сохранено право обращаться в органы социальной защиты населения за положенными выплатами не с момента выхода на заслуженный отдых по новому законодательству, а с момента достижения 60-ти и 55-ти летнего возраста.

Сохранятся такое право и у педагогических, медицинских, фармацевтических, социальных работников, работников культуры и искусства, специалистов ветеринарных служб, достигших возраста 60 лет для мужчин и 55 лет для женщин, если на дату достижения ими указанного возраста, стаж их работы в сельской местности и рабочих поселках составляет не менее 10 лет в должностях, предусмотренных статьей 1 Закона Липецкой области от 30.12.2004 г. № 165-ОЗ.

Соответствующие изменения  внесены в областные законы от 02.12.2004 г. № 141-ОЗ «О мерах социальной поддержки отдельных категорий граждан в Липецкой области» и от 30.12.2004 г. № 165-ОЗ «О мерах социальной поддержки педагогических, медицинских, фармацевтических, социальных работников, работников культуры и искусства, специалистов ветеринарных служб».
