Профилактика социального сиротства

В рамках форума «Вместе ради детей» специалистами ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку» совместно с помощником прокурора Правобережного округа г. Липецка Екатериной Коврижкиной, инспектором ПДН ОП № 4 Лилией Кожевниковой, заместителем председателя комиссии по делам несовершеннолетних и защите их прав Натальей Щегловой был организован рейд в 9 липецких семей, где проживают 12 несовершеннолетних детей.

Основная цель посещения семей в рамках данного форума - это профилактика социального сиротства, случаев жестокого обращения с детьми, безнадзорности и подростковой преступности.

Родителям была разъяснена степень  юридической ответственности за ненадлежащее исполнение родительских обязанностей, даны практические рекомендации по устранению факторов неблагополучия, предложена всесторонняя помощь в решении насущных проблем семьи. С подростками проведены профилактические беседы о недопустимости совершения правонарушений, выданы буклеты и памятки, содержащие информацию о вреде употребления алкоголя, табака и психоактивных веществ.

В ходе рейда в экстренном порядке была  оказана помощь семье  с двумя малолетними детьми. Выяснилось, что молодая мама с малышами не могут проживать под одной крышей с сильно пьющими родственниками. Доходы семьи состоят только из пособий на детей, что не дает возможности в трудной жизненной ситуации снять жилье.

По ходатайству  ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку» мама с детьми были помещены  в  областной  Кризисный центр помощи семье и детям. Специалисты помогут женщине с трудоустройством и оформлением ребенка в дошкольное учреждение.
