Соцработники повышают свой профессионализм

Чтобы идти в ногу со временем и оказывать социальные услуги липчанам в соответствии с современными стандартами, направленными на поддержание активного долголетия, работники автономной некоммерческой организации  «Соцработник», которая появилась на липецком рынке соцуслуг два года назад, стараются не отставать в вопросах повышения  квалификации от своих коллег из государственного сектора социального обслуживания населения.

Недавно 20 из 36 социальных работников некоммерческой организации в целях повышения своей профессиональной конкурентоспособности прошли обучение по дополнительной общеразвивающей программе социально-педагогической направленности «Школа ухода за пожилыми людьми и лицами с ограниченными возможностями здоровья» в областном Введенском геронтологическом центре. Профессионалы в области геронтологии и гериатрии научили их правилам оказания социальных услуг тяжелобольным и ослабленным пожилым людям и инвалидам в домашних условиях.

А в июне обучающие курсы по программе «Вопросы оказания первой помощи» прошли уже все социальные работники автономной некоммерческой организации «Соцработник» в государственном учреждении «Центр последипломного образования». Полученные знания и навыки они успешно применяют на практике.
