Школа ухода за пожилыми людьми.

Сегодня, на базе Введенского геронтологического центра состоялось занятие по дополнительной программе социально-педагогической направленности «Школа ухода за пожилыми людьми и лицами с ограниченными возможностями здоровья».  Обучение прошли заведующие и специалисты Левобережного отдела социального обслуживания населения, осуществляющие социальное обслуживание на дому.

Специалисты-практики Введенского геронтологического центра обратили особое внимание на знание медицинских и психологических факторов старения человека, его потребности, особенности поведения и взаимоотношения с окружающими, рассказали об условиях проживания пожилых людей в геронтологическом центре, программах реабилитаций и организации досуга.

Социальное обслуживание пожилых людей и инвалидов имеет свою особую специфику, которая зависит от возраста и состояния здоровья людей. Поэтому геронтологи настоятельно рекомендуют вырабатывать индивидуальный подход к каждому подопечному.

Дополнительное обучение специалистов по социальному обслуживанию населения позволяет улучшить качество предоставляемых социальных услуг и дает больше возможностей в плане выполнения ими должностных обязанностей.
