С 1 января 2020 года произошли изменения в некоторых законодательных актах. 

В соответствии с пунктом 1 статьи 1 Федерального закона от 02.12.2019 № 380-ФЗ «О Федеральном бюджете на 2020 год и на плановый период 2021 и 2022 годов» размер денежной выплаты почетным донорам проиндексирован на 3% и в текущем году составит 14570,36 рублей. Денежная выплата будет произведена не позднее 1 апреля 2020 год.

С 01.01.2020 расчет размера субсидий будет производиться по новым стандартам.  Липецкий областной Совет депутатов 23 декабря 2019 года утвердил постановление № 1065-пс "Об установлении размеров региональных стандартов стоимости жилищно-коммунальных услуг в Липецкой области на 2020 год".
