Приём документов в МФЦ

Уважаемые жители города Липецка, обращаем ваше внимание на то, что теперь прием документов на оказание государственных услуг:

- по предоставлению ежегодной денежной выплаты на замену и ремонт внешних комплектующих частей системы кохлеарной имплантации, приобретение элементов питания к ней;

- по предоставлению компенсации расходов по приобретению FM-систем для кохлеарного импланта;

- по предоставлению компенсации расходов, связанных с приобретением телевизионной цифровой приставки для приема цифрового эфирного вещания;

- по компенсации инвалидам (в том числе детям-инвалидам), имеющим транспортные средства в соответствии с медицинскими показаниями, или их законным представителям компенсации уплаченной ими страховой премии по договору обязательного страхования гражданской ответственности владельцев транспортных средств (ОСАГО) – осуществляется исключительно через МФЦ.
