Изменения в сроках продления выплат без предоставления справок

             Уважаемые жители города Липецка, просим обратить внимание на изменения по срокам продления выплат без предъявления справок.

         Ежемесячные выплаты родителям первого ребёнка до 3х лет (http://soc48.ru/node/1071), ежемесячные выплаты родителям третьего и последующих детей до 3х лет (http://soc48.ru/node/190), а также пособие на ребёнка (http://soc48.ru/node/189) продлеваются на 1 год, следующий за датой (месяцем) прекращения выплат. Например, если выплата должна быть приостановлена в августе 2020 г., то она автоматически продлевается по июль 2021 г. Либо, если ребёнку в сентябре 2020 года будет 1 год (2 года), то обновить пакет документов нужно будет в сентябре 2021 года.

            Обновить пакет документов необходимо через год от той даты в 2020 году, когда Вы должны были переоформить выплату.  Например, если переоформить выплату надо было в июне 2020, в 2021 году обновляете документы также в июне.

         Если пакет документов для получения выплаты нужно обновить после 1 октября, то в этом случае документы, необходимые для переоформления выплаты, предоставляются в установленном законом обычном порядке.  Например, если ребёнку исполняется 1 год 4 октября 2020 года, то документы предоставлять необходимо в обычном порядке, т.е. 5 октября  можно обращаться в МФЦ, либо через портал Госуслуги,  либо в центр соцзащиты.

         ВАЖНО! Пролонгация предполагает, что выплаты будут проходить по тем же условиям и в тех же объёмах, как и были назначены. Для получения выплат в новом размере нужно обращаться за их назначением с полным пакетом необходимых документов.
