Микроавтобус для многодетной семьи

Многодетные семьи, которые ведут подсобное хозяйство, могут принять участие в конкурсе и получить ценные призы: набор бытовой техники, легковой автомобиль и главный приз – микроавтобус!

Областной конкурс проводится ежегодно. В его рамках определяются лучшие подсобные хозяйства многодетных семей. Победитель конкурса станет обладателем микроавтобуса. Два призёра конкурса, занявшие второе место, награждаются легковыми автомобилями, троим призёрам конкурса, занявшим третье место, вручаются ценные подарки - комплекты бытовой техники.

Кто может принять участие в конкурсе? Это многодетные семьи Липецкой области, в которых родители имеют поощрения за труд и воспитание детей, совместно проживают и ведут совместное хозяйство в целях удовлетворения личных потребностей, а также развития семейной экономики.

Для участия необходимо до 16 сентября 2020 года включительно, предоставить организатору конкурса - Управлению социальной защиты населения Липецкой области по адресу: 398038, г. Липецк, ул. Плеханова, д. 33, каб. 20, 23 - следующие документы:

  • заявку на участие в конкурсе;
  • информацию о хозяйстве, подтвержденную администрацией муниципального образования;
  • копии паспортов родителей, копии свидетельств о рождении детей;
  • копию свидетельства о заключении брака;
  • характеристики с места работы (учебы) детей, родителей, для безработных -   справку центра занятости муниципального района или городского округа, для неработающих – копии трудовых книжек;
  • копии документов, свидетельствующих о наличии поощрений за труд и воспитание детей.

Обращаем внимание, что в конкурсе не могут участвовать семьи, в которых родители ограничены или лишены родительских прав, а также семьи, признанные победителями прошлых лет. Участники, признанные ранее призёрами конкурса, не допускаются к участию в конкурсе в течение 5 лет.
