Профориентация. Личностное развитие подростка.

18 октября 2020 года при содействии развивающего образовательного детского центра дошкольного, школьного, подросткового образования «Академия семейного развития «Р.И.Т.А»  для 15 семей, состоящих на профилактическом учете в ОБУ «Центр социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку», состоится практическое занятие «Профориентация. Личностное развитие подростка».

Одно из самых важных решений, которые человек принимает в своей жизни это выбор профессии и карьерного пути, который определит качества всей дальнейшей жизни. К сожалению, очень часто подобный выбор совершается без должного обдумывания, на уровне интуиции или сиюминутных желаний и увлечений. Ещё хуже, когда под давлением необходимости определения с необходимыми ЕГЭ основными помощниками в решении проблемы профессиональной ориентации отдельного человека становятся желания окружающих (например, друзей или родителей), настроение или впечатления от недавно увиденной профессии без осознания всех предъявляемых ею требований и слабым представлением о специальности в целом. 

Мир меняется и меняется стремительно. Будем честными, даже взрослый человек не в силах подсказать своему ребенку какую ему выбрать профессию. Мы не можем этого сделать, не обладая современными данными. Ведь к 2030 году в мире появится больше 186 новых профессий. А сколько у нас с вами профессий-пенсионеров? Каким будет будущее? Для современного человека сейчас важно определить не столько профессию, сколько те навыки, развивая которые он сможет самореализоваться, найти своё место в жизни.

Для того чтобы помочь подрастающему поколению определить свой профессиональный путь и развить необходимые навыки в развивающем образовательном детском центре «Академия семейного развития «Р.И.Т.А.» разработали свои деловые игры и профориентационные занятия.

Профориентационные занятия и деловые игры очень полезны, ведь на таких занятиях ребенок может узнать про новые профессии, про состояние рынка труда, а самое главное попробовать себя в разных сферах еще до окончания школы, и получить возможность развивать необходимые навыки.
