Профориентация. Личностное развитие подростка

18 октября 2020 года при содействии развивающего образовательного детского центра дошкольного, школьного, подросткового образования «Академия семейного развития «Р.И.Т.А»  для 15 семей, состоящих на профилактическом учете в ОБУ «Центр социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку», состоялось практическое занятие «Профориентация. Личностное развитие подростка».

Одно из самых важных решений, которые человек принимает в своей жизни - это выбор профессии и карьерного пути, который определит качество всей дальнейшей жизни.  Недостаточно помочь подростку просто понять, какие специальности ему наиболее близки. Необходимо  сориентировать его в том, какие отрасли в ближайшие 5 -10 лет будут испытывать потребность в специалистах, чтобы подросток мог грамотно совместить свои профессиональные предпочтения и личностные качества и успешно самореализоваться, найти свое место в жизни.

Данное мероприятие было направлено на то, чтобы помочь подрастающему поколению определить свой профессиональный путь и развить необходимые навыки. Занятие  проводилось в  формате тренинга. Подростки и их родители получили представление о влиянии технологий на состояние общества, современном состоянии рынка труда, перспективах  выбора профессий, связанных с наукоемкими технологиями. При проведении занятий использовались деловые игры,  мультимедийные наглядные материалы.

По завершению мероприятия подросткам были розданы подарочные сертификаты на приобретение канцелярских товаров в магазине «Амиталь».
