Моя мама - лучше всех!

На базе областного бюджетного учреждения «Центр социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку» объявлен Конкурс «Моя мама - лучше всех!», посвященный Дню матери по следующим номинациям:

  • Творческая работа (рисунок - формат А4), поделка  и т.п.), выполненная ребенком в возрасте от 5-10 лет;
  • Стихи или проза (рассказ – не более 2 страниц), написанная ребенком в возрасте от 10 до 15 лет;
  • Видеоролик (не более 3 минут), выполненный ребенком в возрасте от 15 до 18 лет с участием близкого окружения (совместно с братьями/сестрами, и другими членами семьи).

В конкурсе могут принять участие дети из многодетных семей и семей, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации, проживающие в городе Липецке.

Участники конкурса предоставляют свои работы (рисунок или стихи/проза) с 20 октября по 19 ноября (включительно) 2020 года организатору конкурса - ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку»  каждый четверг с 14.00 до 16.00 по адресу: г. Липецк, ул. Гагарина, д.26.

Для участия в конкурсе необходимо оформить заявку, которая предоставляется организатору конкурса вместе с творческой работой с 20 октября по 19 ноября (включительно) 2020 года. Обязательно укажите фамилию, имя исполнителя (исполнителей), возраст, название номинации и контактный телефон.

Образец заявки (заполняется по образцу, в строчку): 

Конкурс «Моя мама - лучше всех!», Иванова Ксения, 8 лет, номинация.

Например: «творческая работа»,   г. Липецк, контактный  телефон  

8-9ХХ-ХХХ-ХХ-ХХ.

Подведение итогов, а также награждение победителей и призеров, будет проводиться  компетентным жюри на мероприятии, посвященном Дню Матери «Моя мама лучше всех!» 27 ноября 2020 года.

Результаты конкурса будут размещены на  официальном сайте ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку».
