Автоматически продлеваются ежемесячные выплаты родителям первого ребёнка

Президент России Владимир Путин подписал закон об автоматическом продлении выплат на первых и вторых детей без подачи заявления до 1 марта.

Согласно закону, ежемесячные выплаты на первого или второго ребёнка до трёх лет, которые предоставляются, если размер среднедушевого дохода семьи не превышает двух прожиточных минимумов, продлеваются автоматически в период до 1 марта 2021 года. Например, ребёнку 28 октября 2020 года исполнился год. Выплата будет продлена до 29 октября 2021 года, когда ему исполнится два года.

В связи с сохраняющейся тенденцией к распространению новой коронавирусной инфекции в России предложено снова ввести режим автоматического продления выплат, тем гражданам, которые ранее их уже получали. Действие подписанного сегодня закона распространяется на правоотношения, возникшие с 1 октября 2020 года.

Гражданам, которые впервые обращаются за назначение данных выплат необходимо подать заявление и документы. Сделать это можно через МФЦ «Мои документы». Необходима предварительная запись по номеру 8 (4742) 522-142.
