Внесены изменения в условия заключения Социального контракта.

На осенней сессии Липецкого областного Совета депутатов были одобрены изменения в областной закон «О государственной социальной помощи».

Увеличен норматив площади жилого помещения для одиноко проживающего гражданина, если оно является единственным жильем – в городе не более 60 м2, в сельской местности не более 80 м2. Кроме этого не ограничивается площадь земельного участка, который используется для садоводства и огородничества. И допускается наличие у заявителя гаража площадью до 30м2, а также недостроенного жилого дома.

Также изменены и критерии по автомобилю. В многодетных семьях теперь допускается наличие двух автомобилей, было – один. Если на заключение соцконтракта претендуют две или более семьи, которые ведут совместное хозяйство, то допускается наличие машины в каждой из них. Если автомобилю менее пяти лет, то мощность его двигателя не должна превышать 150 лошадиных сил, ранее было 120. И совсем не предъявляется требование к мощности автомобиля, если ему более пяти лет. 

Учитывая, что с 1 июля 2020 года в Липецкой области применяется специальный налоговый режим «Налог на профессиональный доход» для самозанятых граждан, помощь на основании социального контракта на осуществление индивидуальной предпринимательской деятельности теперь предоставляется при отсутствии у заявителя или членов его семьи в течение 12 месяцев, предшествующих месяцу обращения за соцконтрактом, зарегистрированной предпринимательской деятельности в рамках указанного налогового режима. Это требование добавляется к прежним условиям – заявитель и члены семьи не должны получать в течение 5 лет до подачи заявления на заключение соцконтракта выплат на организацию собственного дела в рамках госпрограмм и не быть зарегистрированными как ИП в течение 12 месяцев.

Кроме социального контракта на организацию ИП, в рамках которого предоставляется единовременная помощь до 250 т.р., также возможно пройти профобучения и дополнительное профобразование (до 30 000 рублей единовременно и 10 515 рублей ежемесячно), либо оформить соцконтракт на поиск работы (10 515 рублей ежемесячно).
