Коняшкин Виктор Стефанович с соцзащитой познакомился по воле случая. Несколько лет назад его жизнь развернулась ровно на сто восемьдесят градусов – он получил группу инвалидности и соответствующее состояние здоровья.

А все начиналось так здорово! Родился он в 1964 году в городе Липецке в обыкновенной советской семье, где мама преподавала в школе русский язык, а отец работал слесарем на станкостроительном заводе. Окончив с отличием школу, поступил в музыкальное училище. Учиться было интересно, и с красным дипломом Виктор Стефанович поступил в МГИК на факультет музыкального искусства. Затем была служба в армии и работа в ЛГПУ музыкальным руководителем.

По своей натуре Виктор Стефанович «свободный художник», у которого на первом месте стоит личное саморазвитие. Всю жизнь занимается музыкальными аранжировками,  делает клипы, пишет музыку и песни. Одну из его песен «Цена любви» исполнил Батыр Шакенов – знаменитый казахский и российский эстрадный певец.

Да, это все было. А теперь приходиться считаться с существующими реалиями. Обустроить и наладить быт Виктору Стефановичу помогли работники Правобережного отдела социального обслуживания населения, за что он им выражает огромную благодарность. Особенное спасибо Виктор Стефанович говорит и социальному работнику Корчагиной Вере Александровне за ее обязательность и доброту, заведующей Самченко Марине Васильевне за отзывчивость, начальнику отдела Бородиной Валентине Алексеевне, организующей весь процесс оказания таких нужных для инвалидов и пенсионеров социальных услуг.
