Автоматически продлеваются льготы инвалидам по оплате ЖКУ.

С 20 октября 2020 года вступил в силу «Временный порядок признания лица инвалидом», утвержденный Постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 16 октября 2020 года №1697. В соответствии с ним льготы инвалидам по оплате ЖКУ продляются автоматически до 1 марта 2021 год.

Временный порядок признания гражданина инвалидом позволит в период со 2 октября 2020 года до 1 марта 2021 года продлевать ранее установленную группу инвалидности, а также устанавливать инвалидность впервые на основании документов от медицинских организаций без личного обращения в Бюро медико-социальной экспертизы, исключительно в заочной форме.

Временный порядок предусматривает автоматическое продление инвалидности тем гражданам, срок освидетельствования которых наступает в период со 2 октября 2020 года по 1 марта 2021 года на срок 6 месяцев, начиная с даты, до которой была установлена инвалидность при предыдущем освидетельствовании.

Таким образом, лицам, признанными инвалидами, срок освидетельствования которых наступает в период со 2 октября 2020 года по 1 марта 2021 года, льгота по оплате жилищно-коммунальных услуг продляется с учетом автоматического продления на 6 месяцев ранее установленной инвалидности (категории «ребенок-инвалид»).

Аналогичный порядок был введен в действие 9 апреля 2020 года и распространялся на период с 1 марта по 1 октября включительно. Временным порядком также продлеваются на полгода все ранее рекомендованные реабилитационные мероприятия, включая обеспечение техническими средствами.
