Обратиться в прокат могут граждане, постоянно зарегистрированные на территории Липецкой области - как пенсионеры, инвалиды, дети-инвалиды, так и граждане, которые временно нуждаются в ТСР по медицинским показаниям. После оформления заявки ТСР бронируется и никто другой уже не сможет его заказать. В случае необходимости возможна доставка на дом.
