Кому положена социальная стипендия?

Актуальным вопросом среди обращений липчан является вопрос по поводу справки для социальной стипендии. Кому же она положена? Давайте разберемся!

Государственная социальная стипендия назначается студентам, получившим государственную социальную помощь.
Стипендия назначается со дня представления в организацию, осуществляющую образовательную деятельность, справки о назначении социальной помощи. Срок назначения стипендии - один год со дня назначения указанной государственной социальной помощи.

Основанием для выдачи справки может служить получение студентом или членами его семьи мер социальной поддержки, предусмотренных для малоимущих семей и одиноко проживающих малоимущих граждан.
К ним относятся:
- ежемесячная денежная выплата на проезд в автомобильном транспорте межмуниципального сообщения;
- ежемесячная социальная выплата на проезд автомобильным и городским наземным электрическим транспортом по муниципальным и межмуниципальным маршрутам регулярных перевозок по регулируемым тарифам в городском и пригородном сообщении детям из малоимущих семей;
- государственная социальная помощь на основании социального контракта;
- материальная помощь в связи с трудной жизненной ситуацией;
- субсидия на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг (по основанию - наличие среднедушевого дохода семьи или одиноко проживающего гражданина ниже величины прожиточного минимума, установленного в области).

Так как в этом году было принято решение об автоматическом продлении выплаты субсидии на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг и, в некоторых случаях, с даты назначения субсидии прошло значительное время, в справке указывается наиболее актуальная дата решения о предоставлении меры социальной поддержки – дата продления выплаты. Порядок выдачи справки для назначения социальной стипендии и её форма утверждена приказом управления социальной защиты населения области от 24 января 2020 г. № 70-П.
