Компенсация ОСАГО для инвалидов

Компенсацию страховой премии по договору обязательного страхования гражданской ответственности (ОСАГО)  могут получить инвалиды, имеющие транспортные средства в соответствии с медицинскими показаниями, или их законные представители. Для этого необходимо обратиться в многофункциональные центры «Мои документы».

Данная компенсация в размере 50 процентов от стоимости ОСАГО положена:

-  инвалидам, в том числе инвалидам с детства, при наличии медицинских показаний и отсутствии противопоказаний к вождению, обеспеченным до 2005 г.  автотранспортными средствами бесплатно или на льготных условиях органами социальной защиты населения на основании статьи 30 Федерального закона от 24.11.1995г. №181-ФЗ «О социальной защите инвалидов в Российской Федерации»;

- инвалидам (детям-инвалидам) при наличии документа, подтверждающего наличие медицинских показаний на обеспечение транспортным средством (ИПРА).

Документы, необходимые для предоставления в МФЦ:

- заявление;

- страховой полис обязательного страхования гражданской ответственности владельца транспортного средства (полис ОСАГО);

- квитанция об уплате страховой премии по договору;

- паспорт транспортного средства, выписанного на имя инвалида или его законного представителя;

- документ, удостоверяющий личность заявителя;

- свидетельство о государственной регистрации рождения ребенка;

- документ, подтверждающий наличие у инвалида (ребенка-инвалида) медицинских показаний на обеспечение транспортным средством (ИПРА, справка об инвалидности);

- документ, подтверждающий полномочия законного представителя инвалида (в случае, если заявление подает законный представитель инвалида).
