Уважаемые жители города Липецка!

Информируем вас о том, что социальная защита населения по городу Липецку возобновит работу с 11 января 2021 года. Для консультации по всем вопросам по линии соцзащиты необходимо звонить по тел: 8(800) 450-48-48 (доб. 2). Выплаты пособий по линии соцзащиты за январь начнутся со второй декады января.

С 31 декабря 2020 года по 10 января 2021 года включительно центры соцзащиты не будут работать.

При этом подать заявления и документы на получение мер социальной поддержки в этом году можно будет вплоть до 31 декабря.

В последний день 2020 года будут работать офисы МФЦ «Мои документы» по следующему графику: МФЦ г. Липецка - с 9.00 до 16.00; МФЦ области - с 8.00 до 15.00.

С 1 по 10 января включительно в центрах «Мои Документы» также выходные дни.

4, 5, 6 и 8, 9 января по номеру 8(4742) 522-142 с 8.00 до 18.00 можно будет проконсультироваться по вопросам получения услуг, а также записаться на прием в МФЦ, начиная с 11 января.

 

Также напоминаем, что с 2021 года прием граждан будет осуществляться исключительно по средам с 8:30 до 17:30 по адресу: ул. Циолковского, д. 11/1 (по предварительной записи).

Если вы хотите записаться на прием именно в соцзащиту, вам необходимо обратиться по номеру ЕДС 88004504848, добавочный номер 2, и специалист клиентской службы запишет вас на ближайшее свободное время!

Для подачи пакета документов на назначение выплат либо их продление рекомендуем вам обращаться в Многофункциональный центр (МФЦ - https://umfc48.ru/), либо на портал государственных услуг РФ (ГОСУСЛУГИ) (https://www.gosuslugi.ru/)

В настоящее время все больше государственных и муниципальных услуг предоставляются в электронном виде. По данной ссылке  можно ознакомиться со списком услуг, получение которых возможно онлайн.
Практически все государственные услуги по линии соцзащиты теперь доступны к оформлению через МФЦ "Мои документы".

Только в центры соцзащиты необходимо обращаться за предоставлением следующих услуг:
* предоставление бесплатного проезда детям из многодетных семей;
* предоставление бесплатного проезда детям, где родители - неработающие инвалиды;
* обеспечение жилищными сертификатами "северян", переселенцев, "чернобыльцев";
*  признание гражданина нуждающимся в социальном обслуживании на дому.
