Субсидии по ЖКУ будут пролонгированы автоматически.

Продлен беззаявительный порядок предоставления субсидий на оплату ЖКУ.

Гражданам, у которых срок предоставления субсидии истекает в период с 1 января до 31 марта 2021 года (включительно), субсидия на следующие 6 месяцев предоставляется в беззаявительном порядке. Подавать заявление о продлении субсидии не нужно.

Данные изменения внесены в Правила предоставления субсидий на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг Постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 31 декабря 2020 года № 2391. С 1 января 2021 года продлена возможность продолжения получения субсидий на оплату жилищно-коммунальных услуг без предоставления заявлений и документов.

 

Прием документов от граждан, впервые претендующих на получение субсидии на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг, будет продолжен через Многофункциональный центр «Мои документы» по предварительной записи по телефону 8 (4742) 522-142.
