Новые размеры региональных стандартов стоимости ЖКУ

Установлены новые размеры региональных стандартов стоимости жилищно-коммунальных услуг. Даные стандарты утверждены постановлением Липецкого областного Совета депутатов от 17.12.2020 № 1420-пс «О внесении изменений в постановление Липецкого областного Совета депутатов «Об установлении размеров региональных стандартов стоимости жилищно-коммунальных услуг в Липецкой области на 2020 год»», которое вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования и распространяется на правоотношения, возникшие с 1 января 2020 года.

Региональные стандарты стоимости жилищно-коммунальных услуг используются при расчете размера субсидии на оплату ЖКУ. Стандарты устанавливаются в зависимости от вида жилого помещения, количества граждан проживающих в жилом помещении и от формы собственности владения жилым помещением, отдельно для каждого муниципального образования Липецкой области.

В связи с тем, что размеры региональных стандартов, установленных на 2020 год, увеличились, гражданам, которым предоставлялась субсидия в 2020 году, будет произведен перерасчет за период с января по декабрь 2020.
