Льготы по оплате ЖКУ лицам с инвалидностью снова продлеваются автоматически.

Согласно постановлению Правительства РФ от 11 февраля 2021 года № 155 введен временный порядок признания лица инвалидом на срок до 1 октября 2021 года, (ранее опубликовывали информацию о том, что срок был назначен до 1 марта 2021 года),  предусматривающий исключительно заочную форму освидетельствования (без личного участия) граждан, проходящих медико-социальную экспертизу, а также автоматическое продление инвалидности тем гражданам, срок освидетельствования которых наступает в период со 2 октября 2020 года по 1 октября 2021 года, на срок шесть месяцев, начиная с даты до который была установлена инвалидность при предыдущем освидетельствовании.

Таким образом, лицам, признанным инвалидами, срок освидетельствования которых наступает в период со 2 октября 2020 года по 1 октября 2021 года, льгота будет продлена автоматически в беззаявительном порядке на шесть месяцев, начиная с даты, до которой была установлена инвалидность при предыдущем освидетельствовании. Обращаться в органы МФЦ и соцзащиту нет необходимости.
