Профилактическое мероприятие «Мое здоровье в моих руках» 10 марта провели психологи ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку» для семей, состоящих на учете в ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку».

Самое ценное у человека - жизнь, а самое ценное в жизни - это здоровье, поэтому беречь его нужно с раннего детства. С участниками мероприятия обсуждались важные вопросы, касающиеся здоровья, дети разгадывали загадки, составляли пословицы.

На мероприятии были продемонстрированы мультфильмы «Смешарики. Азбука здоровья», в которых рассказывалось о личной гигиене, правильном питании, физических нагрузках, зарядке и так далее.

В конце мероприятия дети и родители получили буклеты «Что нужно знать о здоровых привычках».
