Чемпионат по быстрым шахматам среди пенсионеров

Сегодня стартовал Чемпионат Липецкой области по быстрым шахматам среди пенсионеров. Соревнования  проводятся с целью:

  • популяризации и развития шахмат через систему соревнований среди пенсионеров;
  • продления творческого долголетия российских (пенсионеров) ветеранов шахмат;
  • формирования состава сборной Липецкого регионального отделения «Союз пенсионеров России» для участия во всероссийских соревнованиях.

Организаторами соревнования являются Липецкое региональное отделение ООО «Союз пенсионеров России» и Липецкая областная общественная организация «Федерация шахмат Липецкой области». 

Чемпионат будет проходить в два этапа: сегодня соревновались мужчины, а 19 марта будет организован турнир для женщин.

Учитывая сложившуюся эпидемиологическую ситуацию, чемпионат проходит в дистанционном режиме. Соревнования проводятся на интернет-портале -www.chessking.com. Шахматные партии транслируются в интернете.

От города Липецка в Чемпионате Липецкой области по быстрым шахматам среди пенсионеров принял участие посетитель шахматного клуба Дома ветеранов ОБУ "Центра социальной защиты населения по г. Липецку" Николай Иванович Макашов и занял почетное второе место. По результатам Чемпионата серебряный призер будет награжден медалью и грамотой.
