С 18 по 29 октября на территории Липецкой области проходит второй этап общероссийской акции «Сообщи, где торгуют смертью». Она направлена на привлечение общественности к участию в противодействии незаконному обороту наркотиков, организацию «телефонов доверия» по приему оперативно значимой информации, оказание квалифицированной помощи и консультаций по вопросам лечения и реабилитации наркозависимых лиц, передали в управлении по делам гражданской обороны и чрезвычайным ситуациям города Липецка.

Липчан просят сообщать об известных им местах незаконного оборота наркотических средств и психотропных веществ, их немедицинского потребления, а также о фактах незаконного употребления, изготовления, распространения наркотиков, организации и содержании притонов.
