С целью организации культурно-досуговой деятельности в учреждениях социального обслуживания населения всероссийское сетевое СМИ «Образовательный портал «НИКА» (свидетельство Роскомнадзора РФ ЭЛ № ФС 77-65747 от 20.05.2016 г., оценика.рф), приглашает  получателей социальных услуг и жителей нашего региона принять участие во всероссийских творческих конкурсах.

Предлагаем участникам погрузиться в изучение культуры родного края, проявить активный интерес к народным промыслам региона и принять участие во всероссийских творческих конкурсах:
