В отделении комплексной реабилитации и абилитации инвалидов с 16.08.22 по 30.08.22 проходит выставка работ реабилитантов в технике «Зеркальное рисование».

Зеркальное рисование – один из приёмов правополушарного рисования. Такой вид рисования полезен тем, что способствует развитию взаимодействия правого и левого полушарий: упражнение полезно в любом возрасте.

Зеркальное рисование относится к кинезиологическим упражнениям. Кинезиологические упражнения — это комплекс движений, позволяющих активизировать межполушарное воздействие. Они повышают стрессоустойчивость, синхронизируют работу полушарий, улучшают мыслительную деятельность, способствуют улучшению памяти и внимания, облегчают процесс чтения и письма. Причем, чем интенсивнее нагрузка, тем значительнее эти изменения.

Рисование двумя руками одновременно помогает сформироваться чувству симметрии.

Упражнение «Зеркальное рисование» является одним из эффективных средств развития мелкой моторики.

Что дает рисование обеими руками сразу:

-Активно развивает мозг за счет разнообразия действий. Нейронные связи лучше всего формируются, когда мы делаем что-то непривычное для нас. Рисование обеими руками сразу – тот случай.

-Одновременное действие обеими руками развивает правое и левое полушарие, учит их работать синхронно. Похожим эффектом обладает игра на музыкальных инструментах.

-Снимает стресс – такой вид досуга не воспринимается как учеба, а как развлечение, поэтому оно убирает нервное напряжение. 

Зеркальное рисование – дело непростое даже для взрослых, поэтому важны 2 условия: неторопливость и систематичность работы. Это несомненно благоприятно скажется на обучении и развитии ума.
