При назначении выплат на детей доходы мобилизованных не учитываются

При расчете среднедушевого дохода семьи теперь не учитываются прошлые доходы мобилизованного (зарплата, гонорары, предпринимательский доход) и денежное довольствие, которое мобилизованные получают как военнослужащие.

Доход мобилизованного не будет учитываться при оказании помощи на основании социального контракта. А также касается тех, кто получает или планирует оформить такие выплаты, как пособие на детей до 3 лет, пособие на детей от 3 до 7 лет включительно, а также меры поддержки по линии ПФР – пособие беременным, вставшим на учет в ранние сроки и пособие на детей от 8 до 17 лет.

Право на эти меры поддержки имеют семьи, в которых доход на каждого человека в семье не превышает определённого уровня. Для его расчёта учитывают доходы всех членов семьи. Принятое Правительством России решение позволит не учитывать при оценке нуждаемости доходы члена семьи, призванного на военную службу по мобилизации.

Также на мобилизованных граждан не распространяется правило нулевого дохода: отсутствие дохода у мобилизованного без уважительных причин не повлияет на определение права на детские выплаты.  

При применении  данных условий выплата назначается на шесть месяцев.

Регламентирует данные изменения Постановление Российской Федерации № 1933 от 29 октября 2022 г. «Об особенностях предоставления некоторых мер социальной поддержки, а также оказания государственной социальной помощи на основании социального контракта семьям граждан, призванных на военную службу по мобилизации в Вооруженные Силы Российской Федерации».
