«Картины из ниток»

В отделении комплексной реабилитации и абилитации инвалидов с 16.11.2022 проходит выставка работ реабилитантов с использованием техники «Ниткография».

Ниткография – великолепная техника рукоделия. Эта техника позволяет создавать яркие картины без кисточки и красок, только с помощью нитей и клея. Изображение получается фактурное, объемное и завораживающее взор.

Занятия ниткографией способствуют формированию разносторонней, гармоничной личности. Они тренируют мелкую моторику - готовят руки к письму или помогают восстановиться после инсульта, развивают внимательность к деталям и концентрацию. А также приносят массу позитивных эмоций.

Задачи техники:

  • Развитие творчества и фантазии. Есть люди, которые боятся «чистого листа», неуверенные в своих возможностях. Необычная техника раскрепощает их, превращает в художников.
  • Совершенствование зрительного восприятия. Внимательно вглядываясь в предметы, художник выделяет их конструктивные части, сохраняя при этом целостность восприятия. Кроме того, тренируется глазомер: ведь нужно прикинуть, какую нить по длине нужно взять для каждого элемента.
  • Совершенствование внимания, усидчивости и аккуратности.
  • Восстановление благоприятного эмоционального состояния. Занятия с податливой мягкой нитью успокаивают.

Эта техника зародилась в Мексике. Местные мастера создавали картины с этническим колоритом из толстой шерстяной пряжи. Основа пропитывалась особой смесью с содержанием сосновой смолы и пчелиного воска, а разноцветные нити образовывали различные узоры. Благодаря простоте исполнения и малозатратности, ниткография популярна и в наше время.
