Областное бюджетное учреждение «Центр социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку» в связи с изменениями, внесенными в Правила предоставления субсидий на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг, утвержденными постановлением Правительства РФ от 14.12.2005 № 761 «О предоставлении субсидий на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг (в ред. постановления Правительства РФ от 30.07.2014 № 734), информирует получателей государственной услуги по предоставлению субсидий на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг (далее – субсидии), что при принятии решения о предоставлении субсидии проводится проверка предоставленных сведений о доходах путем направления запросов в органы и организации, обладающие необходимой информацией. Практика показала, что часть запросов о подтверждении доходов возвращается доставочной организацией с пометкой на конверте «организация не существует», что приводит к принятию решения о приостановлении предоставления субсидии либо прекращению ее предоставления.

Для исключения вышеуказанных ситуаций убедительная просьба к гражданам, обращающимся за предоставлением субсидии на оплату ЖКУ, представлять справки о доходах заявителя и членов его семьи с указанием правильного юридического и фактического адресов организации.
