Экскурсия в интерактивный Музей Здоровья

Психологами отдела социальной поддержки семьи и детей ОБУ «ЦСЗН Липецкой области» (филиал № 20 по городу Липецку) в рамках мероприятия «Азбука здоровья» была проведена экскурсия в интерактивный Музей Здоровья для детей из семей, состоящих на профилактическом учете в учреждении.

Дети посетили интерактивный музей, который весело и увлекательно рассказывает о строении человеческого организма, здоровом образе жизни и простых правилах заботы о своем теле.

В музее с помощью экспонатов можно измерить скорость вашей реакции, выносливость мыщц, гибкость суставов, длину и высоту прыжка, силу и скорость удара, и не только. Дети узнали зачем нужна физическая активность и почему так важно заниматься спортом! Как пища, которую мы употребляем, влияет на наше тело? Почему важно знать, сколько, когда и что мы едим? Какая еда приносит пользу нашему организму, а какая вредит? Почему надо мыть руки, чистить зубы и содержать своё тело в чистоте? Что такое иммунитет и как он работает? Где живут микробы? Что такое прививка и зачем она нужна? Из чего состоит наше тело и как это все помещается внутри? Что помогает нашему телу двигаться? Каким видят мир люди с плохим зрением? Как дышат наши легкие? Что происходит с мозгом во время сотрясения? Дети получили ответы на все эти вопросы и узнали много-много нового.
