Областное бюджетное учреждение «Центр социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку» в соответствии с федеральным законом от 19.05.1995 № 81-ФЗ «О государственных пособиях гражданам, имеющим детей» и приказом Министерства здравоохранения и социального развития от 23.12.2009 № 1012-н «Об утверждении порядка и условий назначения и выплаты государственных пособий гражданам, имеющим детей» (далее – Приказ) осуществляет прием документов на получение ежемесячного пособия по уходу за ребенком (до 1,5 лет) у граждан, фактически осуществляющих уход за ребенком и не подлежащих обязательному социальному страхованию на случай временной нетрудоспособности и в связи с материнством (в том числе обучающимся по очной форме обучения в образовательных учреждениях).

В связи с участившимися обращениями получателей, не имеющих совместной регистрации с ребенком по месту жительства, либо по месту пребывания, сообщаем, что согласно пункта 54 вышеуказанного Приказа необходимо предоставить документ, подтверждающий совместное проживание ребенка с одним из родителей, либо лицом его заменяющим, осуществляющим уход за ним, выданный организацией, уполномоченной на его выдачу.
