Сегодня психологи отдела социальной поддержки семьи и детей ОБУ «ЦСЗН Липецкой области» (филиал № 20 по городу Липецку) совместно с медицинским психологом АО МСР ГУЗ «ЛОНД» Жевной А.А., заместителем председателя комиссии по делам несовершеннолетних и защите их прав Советского округа Злобиной А.А. провели профилактическое мероприятие «Твой выбор», направленное на формирование комплексного представления о ЗОЖ, ответственного отношения к своей жизни и здоровью, а также предупреждение девиантного поведения.

С несовершеннолетними была проведена профилактическая беседа о недопустимости употребления ПАВ, важности ведения здорового образа жизни.

С участниками мероприятия была проведена интерактивная игра о здоровом образе жизни, в ходе которой подростки активно и эмоционально разобрали все компоненты ЗОЖ: питание, гигиена, движение, медицина, интеллект, режим, привычки.

В завершении мероприятия ребята сделали вывод о том, что необходимо с раннего возраста заботиться о своем здоровье, заниматься спортом, отказаться от вредных привычек.
