Изменения в законодательстве

Принимая во внимание законопроект правительства РФ «О внесении  изменений в некоторые акты Правительства Российской Федерации в связи с совершенствованием разграничения полномочий в сфере социальной поддержки граждан, подвергшихся воздействию радиации» с 01.01.2015 года полномочия по выплате и доставке ряда пособий, в том числе ежемесячной денежной выплаты по уходу за ребенком в двойном размере до достижения им возраста 3-х лет гражданам, подлежащим обязательному социальному страхованию, передаются субъекту РФ. Списки формируются организациями (учреждениями и предприятиями), которые направляются в учреждения социальной защиты населения по месту работы гражданина, получающего пособие.

Таким образом, с 01.01.2015 года в рамках передаваемых полномочий начисления и выплаты будут осуществляться учреждениями социальной защиты без участия Федерального казначейства.
