Информация для многодетных семей!

Постановлением Липецкого областного Совета депутатов от 25.03.2015 внесены изменения в Закон Липецкой области от 27 марта 2009 года N 259-ОЗ  «О социальных, поощрительных выплатах и мерах социальной поддержки в сфере семейной и демографической политики, а также лицам, имеющим особые заслуги перед Российской Федерацией и Липецкой областью».

В соответствии с внесенными изменениями многодетным семьям с 01.04.2015 дополнительно предоставляется следующая мера социальной поддержки:

  •  оплата за жилое помещение (в пределах регионального стандарта нормативной площади жилого помещения, установленного в области).

Льгота по оплате за коммунальные услуги остается в прежнем размере. 

Для многодетных семей, которые обращаются впервые, меры социальной поддержки по оплате  жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг предоставляются в окружных отделах социальной защиты населения по месту жительства на основании письменного заявления и пакета  необходимых документов:

 - документа, удостоверяющего личность; 

 - свидетельства о рождении детей;

 - удостоверения многодетной семьи;

 - на детей, достигших 18-летнего возраста, дополнительно представляются документы об учебе в образовательной организации или о прохождении военной службы по призыву;

 - квитанции на оплату жилого помещения и коммунальных услуг за месяц, предшествующий обращению;

 - технический паспорт жилого помещения – для жилых домов индивидуального  жилищного фонда;

 - справка с места жительства о составе семьи для семей, проживающих в жилых домах индивидуального жилищного фонда, выданная уполномоченным органом на основании домовой книги.
