В целях повышения общественного статуса женщины-матери и в соответствии с постановлением Липецкого областного Совета депутатов от 23.11.2000 № 545-пс «Об учреждении почетного знака области «Слава Матери», областное бюджетное учреждение «Центр социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку» для награждения почетным знаком «Слава Матери» выдвинуло кандидатуру Кононовой Зои Александровны.

Кононова З.А. кандидат технических наук, доцент кафедры информатики и математического моделирования в экономике факультета информационных и социальных технологий Липецкого государственного педагогического университета, воспитала четверых детей, внесших весомый вклад в социально-экономическое развитие не только города, но и страны.
