8 июня, во время торжественного мероприятия, посвященного Всероссийскому Дню социального работника, проходившего в областном центре культуры и народного творчества, состоялась церемония награждения лучших работников системы социальной защиты населения Липецкой области. В соответствии с законом Липецкой области от 18.08.2011 № 522-ОЗ «О поощрительных выплатах в сфере социальной защиты населения Липецкой области» им  вручали областные премии. Всех награждаемых поздравили председатель Липецкого областного совета депутатов Павел Иванович Путилин, заместитель главы администрации Липецкой области Сергей Вячеславович Иванов и начальник управления социальной защиты населения Липецкой области Сергей Александрович Орусь. 

Лауреатом областной премии «Надежда» стала заведующая отделением психолого-педагогической помощи семье отдела по работе с пожилыми людьми и инвалидами Оксана Николаевна Рыбина. Премия «Надежда» установлена для поощрения сотрудников социальной сферы, которые занимаются реабилитационной работой. Премия присуждается за разработку и внедрение новых методик, пособий, программ и социальных технологий реабилитации пожилых людей и инвалидов. Оксана Николаевна применяет инновационные методы работы с пожилыми людьми, построенные на постоянном вовлечении пожилых людей в творческий процесс.

Нагрудным знаком Министерства труда и социальной защиты Российской Федерации «Отличник социально – трудовой сферы» удостоен начальник отдела организационно – правовой и кадровой работы Захаров Александр Владимирович за своевременное и качественное выполнение сложных и ответственных задач по обеспечению эффективной организационной и кадровой деятельности самого многочисленного коллектива отрасли.
