Медицинский лекторий

23 июня 2015 года в Доме ветеранов (ул. Первомайская, 86) состоялся медицинский лекторий. Перед посетителями выступил дерматовенеролог областного кожно-венерологического диспансера – Загорская Анна Васильевна. 

Она рассказала, что дерматовенерология, как область медицины, сочетает дерматологию и венерологию, то есть занимается диагностикой и лечением кожных болезней, а также инфекций, передаваемых половым путем. Некоторые кожные заболевания (такие как чесотка, грибковые инфекции) являются заразными и представляют опасность для людей, находящихся в непосредственном контакте с больным. Поэтому при первых признаках возникновения патологии кожи необходимо обратиться к врачу. 

Объяснила, что пациенты с подобными заболеваниями стараются оттянуть визит к врачу, чувствуя определенную скованность и неловкость. Чем более точные сведения будут предоставлены врачу, тем лучше окажутся результаты лечения. Несвоевременное обращение к дерматовенерологу или попытки самолечения могут привести к переходу заболевания в хроническую форму и возникновению ряда осложнений.

Пояснила, что под воздействием внешней среды на коже могут возникнуть заболевания, вызванные бактериями, вирусами и другими патогенными микроорганизмами. Кроме того, кожа является отражением внутреннего состояния организма. Немаловажное значение имеют условия быта и труда.

Она акцентировала внимание на том, что важно вовремя определить причину кожного заболевания. При самостоятельном лечении некоторые люди продолжительное время лечат фурункулы и прочие высыпания, не задумываясь о том, что причиной их появления может быть повышенный уровень сахара в крови. Также желтушная окраска кожи свидетельствует о нарушениях работы печени и желчного пузыря. Даже такие заболевания как тонзиллит и гайморит, могут стать причиной появления различной сыпи. Поэтому при посещении дерматовенеролога, необходимо поставить его в известность обо всех имеющихся болезнях. Не стоит надеяться на то, что кожные проблемы решатся сами собой. Иногда малейший прыщик может оказаться признаком серьезного заболевания.
