ПРАВОВОЕ ПРОСВЕЩЕНИЕ

     7 августа 2015 года сотрудниками областного бюджетного учреждения «Центр социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку» для семей с детьми было проведено мероприятие на тему: «Правовое просвещение родителей и детей».

     Участники мероприятия были ознакомлены с Конвенцией о правах ребенка и Декларацией прав ребенка, узнали о правах, гарантированных человеку Конституцией РФ. В ходе профилактической беседы были заданы вопросы о защите имущественных прав детей, о получении алиментов в судебном порядке, о правах родителей, лишенных родительских прав, на общение с детьми, об исполнении решений судов и возможности защиты своих прав.

     На современном этапе развития нашего общества очень важно, чтобы не только взрослые знали о правах детей, но и главное, чтобы сами дети знали свои права.

     В завершении мероприятия всем учащимся были выданы буклеты и памятки.
