ПРАВОВАЯ ПОМОЩЬ ДЕТЯМ

20 ноября 2015 года - Всемирный день правовой помощи детям. Дата празднования была выбрана в честь принятия ООН в этот день в 1959 году Декларации прав ребенка. В этот же день, но в 1989 году была принята также Конвенция о правах ребенка. Именно поэтому дата 20 ноября считается днем, посвященным всем детям мира.

В рамках данной акции сотрудники областного бюджетного учреждения «Центр социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку» 19 ноября 2015 года совместно с МБОУ Кадетская школа № 43 имени майора милиции Алексея Коврижных города Липецка провели встречу с учащимися.

В ходе мероприятия освещались вопросы, связанные с социальной поддержкой граждан в сфере семейной и демографической политики. Затрагивались такие темы как социальная поддержки многодетных семей и семей с низким уровнем доходов, вопросы профилактики безнадзорности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних.

Современные требования в области охраны прав и интересов детей направлены, прежде всего, на обеспечение справедливых и благоприятных условий развития и воспитания учеников, а также на повышенную социально-правовую защищенность детей.
