С 1 января 2016 года малоимущим семьям установлена дополнительная компенсационная выплата на возмещение затрат за оказанные областными и муниципальными физкультурно-спортивными организациями платные услуги по физической и/или спортивной подготовке детям в возрасте от 4-х до 18-ти лет по следующим направлениям:

  • обучение плаванию;
  • оздоровительное или коррекционное плавание;
  • эстетическая гимнастика;
  • спортивная гимнастика;
  • художественная гимнастика;
  • танцевальный спорт;
  • единоборства.

Компенсационная выплата предоставляется в размере фактически произведенных затрат, но не более 1300 рублей в месяц на каждого ребенка, получающего платные услуги по физической и/или спортивной подготовке, в порядке, установленном нормативным правовым актом исполнительного органа государственной власти области в сфере социальной защиты населения.

Компенсационная выплата выплачивается ежеквартально не позднее 15 числа месяца, следующего за расчетным кварталом.

Для получения компенсационной выплаты один из родителей (законный представитель) ребенка (детей) обращается в учреждение социальной защиты по месту жительства с заявлением, в котором указывается фамилия, имя, отчество, адрес места жительства, паспортные данные, реквизиты лицевого счета, открытого в кредитной организации, с предъявлением документа, удостоверяющего личность, заявителя, свидетельства о рождении ребенка (детей). К заявлению прилагаются:

  • справка с места жительства;
  • справка о доходах всех членов семьи за три месяца, предшествующие месяцу обращения за назначением компенсационной выплаты (в том числе о доходах от личного подсобного хозяйства);
  • справка о получении ребенком (детьми) платных услуг по физической и/или спортивной подготовке в областных и муниципальных физкультурно-спортивных организациях, подтверждающих фактические расходы.

Статус малоимущей семьи определяется на дату обращения с заявлением о предоставлении компенсационной выплаты.

Состав семьи, порядок учета доходов и определения величины среднедушевого дохода семьи, дающего право на предоставление компенсационной выплаты, определяется в соответствии с Законом Липецкой области от 02.12.2004 № 142-ОЗ «О ежемесячном пособии на ребенка».

Для назначения компенсационной выплаты необходимо обратиться в органы социальной защиты населения по месту жительства:

  • Советский отдел социальных прав и гарантий (ул. Циолковского, д. 11/1, тел. 34-05-80, 34-37-87);
  • Октябрьский отдел социальных прав и гарантий (ул. Студенческий городок, д. 24, тел. 41-21-34, 41-16-77);
  • Левобережный отдел социальных прав и гарантий (ул. М. Расковой, д. 6, тел. 43-28-93, 43-19-54);
  • Правобережный отдел социальных прав и гарантий (ул. Пролетарская, д. 5, тел. 72-46-77, 72-04-56).

Режим работы учреждения с понедельника по четверг с 8-30 до 17-30, в пятницу с 8-30 до 16-30, перерыв с 12-12 до 13-00.
