Проводится работа по подготовке Школьных Служб Примирения

В рамках реализации инновационного локального проекта «Школьная служба примирения как восстановительная практика реагирования на конфликты и правонарушения в школе» сотрудники областного бюджетного учреждения «Центр социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку» провели тренинги в школах № 5 и 36 по обучению навыкам проведения восстановительной медиации для учащихся и кураторов школьной службы примирения.

Данная работа была направлена на начальную подготовку потенциальной команды Школьной Службы Примирения (учащихся и кураторов) к работе в качестве ведущих восстановительной медиации, разрешения конфликтных ситуаций с применением восстановительных технологий. 

На тренингах создавались учебные ситуации, проводилась самостоятельная работа участников в форме ролевых игр. Вся работа заключалась в поиске решений и нахождении знаний самими участниками, отрабатывалась роль медиатора. На основе предложенных участниками сюжетов, в малых группах проигрывалась и демонстрировалась на общем круге работа медиатора со сторонами конфликта, и происходил  анализ  работы. 

Вот некоторые мнения участников:

- школьник: «Эти три дня были для меня особенными. С начала я не хотел идти, но я не пожалел, что пошел. Я научился и узнал – кто такой медиатор и как им быть. Постараюсь применить это в дальнейшем! Также я узнал многое, что пригодится мне в жизни! Спасибо!»
- куратор: «Испытала удовольствие от нового опыта. Буду в своей жизни и в профессии внедрять его. Благодарю за практическую направленность, позитивный настрой, за решение некоторых проблем!»

Эта работа продолжится еще для четырех образовательных учреждений города Липецка.
