В преддверии Международного дня Детского телефона доверия, который ежегодно отмечается в России 17 мая,  специалисты ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку» раздали в образовательных учреждениях и на улицах города  562 экземпляра печатной продукции в виде буклетов, листовок,   памяток и визиток с информацией о Детском телефоне доверия.  Были также проведены  беседы с учащимися колледжей города Липецка о том, как может помочь детям и подросткам, оказавшимся в трудной жизненной ситуации, обращение к специалистам Детского телефона доверия.

Эта служба создана для того, чтобы способствовать защите прав детей и укреплению семьи, профилактике семейного неблагополучия, стрессовых и суицидальных настроений детей и подростков.  Ведь многие  из них  порой не знают, как поступить в той или иной сложной жизненной ситуации, особенно при отсутствии  взаимопонимания в семье, и делают непоправимые ошибки. 

При звонке на номер  8-800-2000-122  со стационарных или мобильных телефонов  из любого населенного пункта Российской Федерации дети, подростки, их родители или другие заинтересованные в поддержке детей  лица могут получить экстренную психологическую помощь, которая бесплатно оказывается  специалистами действующих региональных служб, подключенных к единому общероссийскому номеру.    Гарантируется тайна обращения на Детский телефон доверия. Поэтому даже в самых неразрешимых и тупиковых, на первый взгляд, ситуациях надо обращаться к специалистам, которые могут подсказать верное решение и уберечь от необдуманных поступков. 

Как показывают результаты опросов,  целенаправленная работа центра социальной защиты населения по городу Липецку с детской и подростковой аудиторией из года в год способствует повышению  уровня информированности несовершеннолетних липчан о возможности обращения со своими проблемами к специалистам Детского телефона  доверия.
