В областной социальный Закон внесены изменения

В связи с внесением изменений в закон Липецкой области от 02 декабря 2004 года № 141-ОЗ «О мерах социальной поддержки отдельных категорий граждан в Липецкой области», ветеранам труда и приравненным к ним лицам, ветеранам труда Липецкой области, труженикам тыла, жертвам политических репрессий предусматривается оказание мер социальной поддержки в размере 50 % по оплате:

  • за наем и (или) содержание и текущий ремонт жилого помещения;
  • взноса на капитальный ремонт общего имущества в многоквартирном доме;
  • коммунальных услуг.

Таким образом, оплата в размере 50 % взноса на капитальный ремонт общего имущества в многоквартирном доме выделена в отдельную меру социальной поддержки. В соответствии с изменениями, у достигших возраста восьмидесяти лет одиноко проживающих неработающих собственников жилых помещений, а также собственников жилых помещений, проживающих в составе семьи, состоящей только из совместно проживающих неработающих граждан пенсионного возраста и одновременно являющихся областными льготниками, появилась возможность выбора получения меры социальной поддержки по уплате взноса на капитальный ремонт по наиболее выгодному для них основанию в размере 100 %.
